Concert Week, Important Instructions

Dear Singers and Parents,

Call for volunteers!  Parents, we need your help to make our concert an absolute success.  Please review the volunteer sign-up list and sign-up for an available position.  :)

• Thursday, May 9 Dress Rehearsal & Friday, May 10 Five-Choir Concert
• Thursday, May 16 Dress Rehearsal & Saturday, May 18 Ensemble & Vocalise Concert

Here's an outline of your Cantabile week:

Monday:  Regular Rehearsal at All Saints Episcopal Church in Palo Alto

Thursday:  Dress Rehearsal for All-Choir Spring Concert

• Call Time:  5:45PM, Enter church driveway for supervised drop-off
• Location:  Campbell United Methodist Church 
• Address:  1675 Winchester Blvd., Campbell, CA(link to map:  http://goo.gl/maps/C7vmK)
• Release times:  Ensemble= 7:30PM, Vocalise=8:30PM
• What to bring:  Music binder, water, snacks are provided
• Attire:  Black Cantabile t-shirt and jeans
• Traffic headed south on I-85 can be very heavy.  Please leave with plenty of time to make it to Campbell for your call time

Friday:  All-Choir Spring Concert

• Call Time:  6:00PM
• Location:  Campbell United Methodist Church 
• Address:  1675 Winchester Blvd., Campbell, CA
• Release time:  approximately 9PM
• What to bring:  Music binder, come dressed in complete concert attire (see handbook for complete uniform details), hair must be pulled back, light make-up must be applied BEFORE arrival

Monday:  Regular Rehearsal at Foothills Congregational Church (recording sessions for Cantabile's first professional CD with Ensemble and Vocalise)

Thursday:  Dress Rehearsal for Vocalise/Ensemble/Aria Concert

• Call Time:  5:45PM
• Location:  All Saints Episcopal Church, Palo Alto
• Address:  555 Waverley Street, Palo Alto, CA
• Release times:  Ensemble= 7:30PM, Vocalise=8:30PM, Aria= 9PM
• Attire:  Black Cantabile t-shirt and jeans, and concert shoes for girls
• What to bring:  Music binder, water

Saturday:  Vocalise/Ensemble/Aria Concert

• Call Time:  2:30PM
• Location:  All Saints Episcopal Church, Palo Alto
• Address:  555 Waverley Street, Palo Alto, CA
• Release times:  approximately 6PM
• What to bring:  Music binder, come dressed in complete concert attire (see handbook for complete uniform details), hair must be pulled back, light make-up must be applied BEFORE arrival
